12 one-on-one consulting calls with our Profitability Consultant:
- To train and discuss the challenges and strategies of their Brokers.
- To train them on profitability.
- To review brokerage reports and provide high-level analysis and insights.
- To review corporate reports and provide high-level analysis and insights.
Requirements to become a Trainer
- Graduation from the 9L Training through absorbing and watching all the videos and materials available.
- Attendance at all the one-on-one consulting calls.
Outcome of Train-the-Trainer
- The Corporate Development Consultant(s) (CDCs) will become proficient in brokerage profitability.
- The collection of brokerage benchmarks, averages, and best practices of the region and or country.
- Gain insights based on the analytics for the development of strategies and implementation.
- Bi-annual executive review of brokerage analytics.
